Bronson Rodriguez is a musician and educator native to Northern Virginia. He has over 10 years of performance experience, ranging from orchestral and marching percussion to choral and operatic singing. He studied percussion with William Messerschmidt of the US Army Band ""Pershing's Own"" and voice with world-renowned tenor John Aler and dramatic soprano Dr. Lori Lind. He holds a bachelor's degree in music performance from George Mason University. He currently teaches percussion to the Oakton High School Marching Cougars, who won the Metallica Marching Band competition in 2023 and achieved a superior ratings at the VBODA Marching Band Assessment in 2023 and 2024. A dramatic tenor, he has sung roles with Mason Opera and Shakespeare Opera Theatre and performed in area churches as tenor soloist and section leader.
