The purpose of this course is to create and practice good habits when using a keyboard, including proper posture and hand placement, to ensure both speed and accuracy. It’s estimated that the average employee types 2,000-3,500 words per day. Depending on typing duties and abilities then, a typical employee could minimize time spent from 30 days a year (if you aren't so quick) to just 9 days a year (if you're above average). Over the course of time, good habits and practice can easily save hours, days, and even weeks of work! With a little time dedicated to practicing this skill at a younger age, the pages of writing required for school, college and the workplace can flow much more quickly and easily.
