This mat-based class focuses on building core stability while enhancing control, coordination and balance. With modifications and progressions provided, participants of all fitness levels can improve their strength, flexibility, endurance and overall body awareness in this empowering workout. This class is family friendly which means that children 8 years old and up are welcome to attend with a parent.
