About This Activity
In this class, kids will enjoy a special yoga lesson that introduces children to a non-competitive, physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. The salt cave helps improve breathing and reduces allergy and asthma symptoms. Each class has a different theme to match the time of year. Kids will have fun moving their bodies though yoga and group games! Please register for this event in advance as space is limited. Mats and cave socks will be provided. Note: This class is offered at multiple times. Please select one (i.e. Class A, Class B, etc.)
