About This Activity
"Chess Club is great for players of all skill levels, and Grades 1-8 will be taught the game by staff from Shining Knights Chess, a group that partners with local schools in our area to teach children chess. Each club meeting will be equally split between a lesson and play. In addition to being an enjoyable game, learning chess helps to develop memory, improve concentration, and promote imaginative thinking! Please note that we need at least 12 students to register in order to run this club."
