Description
Join Coach Niamh Colpitts on Saturdays this Spring for tennis lessons! Ideal for beginners, with little or no tennis experience. Classes focus on balance co-ordination, building motor skills, including throwing, catching and rolling balls. Coach will help players by creating a simple foundation of move, stop hit and recover by focusing on a consistent contact point on the forehand and backhand. The coach will also help players define the area so they know what is in and out. They will also get a sense of where they are in the court and learn how to send and receive the ball.
