Stroke School curriculum will identify lead up skills within each stroke that focus on balance and rotation, air exchange, timing, pulling, and kicking. Instruction will focus on Freestyle, Backstroke, Elementary Backstroke, Sidestroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly with proper form. For more information, contact
