About This Activity
Description
Zumbini, a part of the popular dance fitness class Zumba, is an early childhood education program for children ages 0-5 that uses music and movement to help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills. In Zumbini classes children sing, dance, and play with instruments while bonding with their peers and caregivers. The classes use contemporary music with beats and dance or movement exercises to create fun and learning.
Participants will have an option to purchase a $15 packet with take home materials including music and a plush doll. The packet is not required for the class, all needed materials for class will be provided.
Brief Instructor Bio: Connie Hall has a bachelor’s in science for music and piano. She is a full-time piano teacher that runs her own music and art studio. With her love of teaching and music it just made sense to add a Zumbini certification.
