Description
Wellness Orientation Visits are designed for everyone 14 years and up. A Wellness visit will provide the opportunity to get familiar with the facility center, our code of conduct, policies and rules while also introducing them to basic cardio and strength training equipment, and guiding them in the different fitness programs we offer.
