About This Activity
Are you interested in learning to play the guitar but don’t have time during the school year? Join us for an 8 week summer course for beginner guitar students ages 14 and up. We will learn basic guitar techniques, how to read music notation, common chords, tablature (TAB), and enjoy playing fun songs together. Students will need to bring their own guitar. Acoustic guitars are preferred, but electric guitars with a small amp are welcome. Music will be provided by the instructor. Insturctor: Amanda McGehee
