About This Activity
Description
Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. White Gi (uniform) is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
No class 3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12.
3/15 class held at Oak Hill Park Meeting Rooms.
4/19 class held at Veteran's Memorial Building.
White Gi (uniform) is required. White Gi can be purchased from the instructor on the first day of class.
