Whether you're new to fitness or just wanting to learn some new things, Trinity will guide you through eight fun and engaging sessions. Learn the fundamentals of strength training and tips that will help you grow stronger and more confident. we will work on correct form, injury prevention and all-around gym etiquette. No matter where you're starting from, this class is designed to help you build a solid foundation for a lifetime of fitness!
