About This Activity
Description
Are you a competitive swimmer? Work on perfecting each stroke and learn flip turns for competitions and fitness.
Prerequisites: Must be able to...
- Freestyle (rotary breathing) for 100 yards
- Backstroke and breaststroke for 50 yards
- Continuous combined swim (free, back, breast) for 200 yards.
Pre-requisite: 100-yard freestyle, 50-yard backstroke and 50-yard breaststroke. Parent/Guardian must accompany and sign participant in for the scheduled classes every day.
