The fee includes a T-Shirt, and a participant's manual. Please bring a water bottle, small personal hand sanitizer and wear sneakers.

A parent / guardian must be able to work with the child one on one at each class.Staff will set up stations and explain them in the beginning of each session.Parents will work with their child one on one at 4 different stations, then there will be a quick water break, while staff reconfigures the stations. Staff will then explain the second round of actives.
