About This Activity
Being a counselor-in-training (CIT) is a leadership opportunity for high school students. CITs lead younger campers during their camp sessions, helping younger kids make friends, try new things, and have a great time. CIT camp is an opportunity to learn all the skills it takes to be an amazing counselor, from leading songs and games to public speaking, time management and group leadership. Being a CIT is one of the best experiences at Camp Talahi! You must attend this training week to be a CIT for summer 2024. At camp, CITs will be assigned to 1-2 additional camp sessions to volunteer for.
