About This Activity
Description
In this program, participants will learn the basic exercises that form the foundation of classical ballet technique. By practicing the basic movements, participants will grow more comfortable with the concepts of musicality and artistry as dancers.
Supplies needed: clothes to move freely in. Ballet shoes are preferred, but not necessary.
