About This Activity
Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
This program explores the principles of Pilates through 50% standing work and 50% mat work. We will visit exercises that will improve balance, core strength, posture, and spinal alignment in a fun and approachable way. Each class period ends with fascia rolling to promote circulation and relaxation.
Supplies needed: Yoga mat, water bottle, small blanket or beach towel.
