About This Activity
Description
This program will help establish and build upon participants’ knowledge of wheel thrown pottery. Topics may include centering clay, throwing various forms, making attachments, glazing, etc. Beginner and intermediate. Skip date: Nov 27.
Supplies needed: Bring your own tools or purchase a basic kit at the LCAC. A variety of clays are offered for sale at the Center; availability varies based on stock. Class fee includes glazes, most firings, and open studio access. There is a fee for re-fires oversize work. Small storage lockers are available for rent.
