Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) is a free, high-quality education program designed to prepare Florida’s 4- year-olds for kindergarten and build a foundation for their educational success. The program delivers age-appropriate curricula, including early literacy and math standards, in manageable class sizes led by qualified instructors.If you live in Florida, and your child turns 4 years of age by September 1, your child is eligible to participate in Florida's FREE Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) education program.
