About This Activity
Description
A unique and exciting synthesis of two highly acclaimed fitness techniques: the Pilates Method and the Swiss exercise ball. This class is for beginner to intermediate participants. Pilates exercises are known to increase core strength and balance, perfect for all ages. The class level will be adjusted for the range of fitness levels. Please bring weights and a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The class opens at 6 pm and starts promptly at 6:15 pm; I will stay 15 minutes after class to answer any questions. For questions, call or text Jasee at 650-787-8893. Thank you!
