Designed for young athletes and active teens alike, this program focuses on building a solid foundation of athletic skills. Participants will partake in age-appropriate weightlifting, agility drills, and endurance exercises. We aim to enhance their physical performance and instill lifelong fitness habits. Join us for a fun, energetic and empowering workout experience that prepares your child for any sport or active challenge. Please come dressed in athletic clothing, close toed shoes, and bring water!
