2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line or lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix and oatmeal. In a separate bowl, stir together the nut butter, applesauce and honey. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips. Press dough into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely, cut into 10 bars and serve with low-fat milk.
