Pre-Season Practices:Tuesday & Thursday, Aug 6, 8, 13, & 15 & Monday-Thursday, August 19-22 & 26-29Practice, 3:15-4:30 pm, runners should meet outside the Recreation Dept Entrance Door #24The above practices are not mandatory. Official start & practices, Monday - Thursday: September 4 - October 10 3:15-4:30 pm. Runners should meet in the Middle School Gym. Register online at smrecdept.org, by phone (414-766-5081) or in person at the recreation dept. Activity Code: CC101.101 Activity Fee: $72Our team will compete with Greenfield, Muskego, Oak Creek, Whitnall, Burlington, Wauwatosa, and Waukesha and will be bussed to away meets.
Parents will be responsible to get their child to Grant Park for the home meet.

PARENT/ATHLETE CONCUSSION & SUDDEN CARDIAC AREST (SCA)AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED.
Parent/Guardian must initial for anyone under 18 years old. Permission is granted for my son/daughter to participate in the above activity as it was discussed in agreement with the South Milwaukee Recreation Department. I understand that neither the South Milwaukee School Board nor the South Milwaukee Recreation Department assumes liability for payment of medical-hospital expenses, which may be incurred by myself or the person on this form while participating in any activity, but said I would assume liability for the duration of the activity. If a health condition exists that would limit participation in this activity, I will notify the South Milwaukee Recreation Department. I agree to the unreserved use of my name and/or likeness (including photographs) for publicizing South Milwaukee Recreation Department Programs. We may photograph several of our activities and their participants for program promotion. Photos may be used in flyers, brochures, or our website. Please let the photographer know if you want to avoid having your photo taken.
