About This Activity
***Any registrations now will start on 9/13.*** Tour the globe without leaving the comfort of your town! Each week in this first session we'll offer the flavors of a new country plus centers and crafts to enhance knowledge of each location as the food cooks! First on the itinerary: Europe! Students will taste the flavors of Germany, France, Italy and/or Spain. Then we move on to South America where the children will celebrate Brazil, Argentina, and/or Chile through their culinary traditions. Last, we Travel the Orient by experiencing cuisine from China, Japan, Thailand, and/or Malaysia. This Friday Club will meet a total of 9 times on the following dates: 8/23, 8/30, 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 10/25, & 11/1 (NO cooking club on 9/27 and 10/11 due to holiday or other obligations) PLEASE have your child bring a drink in a spill-proof container a reusable to-go box if they'd like to bring home any possible leftovers.
