About This Activity
Parents also just want to have fun! Arrive at NESS with the whole family before breaking into teams of guardians and children for a marine adventure! Witness the unique wildlife and watershed in our very own backyard. Team guardians - join an experienced NESS educator and climb aboard your own kayak to embark on an adventure in Stonington Harbor. Team children - join NESS educators to conduct experiements off the dock, explore the local tidepools, and embark on your own swim adventure from the NESS docks. NESS educators are experienced kayak guides, knowledgable in the local area, and American RedCross Lifeguard certified. All participants will recieve on-shore training before kayaking.
