About This Activity
Girls & Boys grades 3-4 will learn the rules of the game, how to play without traveling, and positions of the court. Emphasis on spacing, ball movement, cutting, protecting the ball, and finishing at the hoop. On defense Hoopers will learn proper close-out, protecting the paint, and not reaching in or fouling. We will have a total of 7 practices and 6 games. Teams will include up to 10 players each. - Practice will take place on Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm, - Games on Fridays at 6:00pm, - Game length: 32 minutes, - Must wear Mamba AZ jersey for games! Mamba AZ Jerseys may be purchased in Merch section during registration, or you may reuse the one from last season. Must be white/royal Mamba AZ reversible jersey ($35).
