About This Activity
Girls & Boys grades 7-8 will build upon similar details as younger divisions, plus learn offensive strategies, pick and roll, and dribble penetration. On defense Hoopers will learn how to force opponent to turn, and help defense, man to man, and 2-3 zone concepts. We will have a total of 6 practices and 6 games. Teams will include up to 10 players each. - Practice will take place on Thursdays 7pm-8pm - Games on Fridays at 8:30pm - Game length: 32 minutes - Must wear Mamba AZ jersey for games! Mamba AZ Jerseys may be purchased in Merch section during registration, or you may reuse the one from last season. Must be white/royal Mamba AZ reversible jersey ($35).
