Description
What can Mat Pilates do for you? Through various movements and controlled breathing, mat pilates helps to develop core strength, balance, and flexibility This is a great low-impact exercise which can improve your cardiovascular capacity, ease of movement during your everyday activities, better posture, and more body awareness! This exercise is for every BODY, ages 15+ and all fitness levels are encouraged to participate!
