About This Activity
Instructor: Little Yellow House Art Ceramics: “The Animal Kingdom and Ligers Too.” This is the perfect class for little artists to explore their sense of touch! By rolling, squishing, slicing, and using basic hand building techniques with clay, the students will create different forms of clay vessels and sculptures inspired by real and imaginary animals. The students will glaze and paint their pieces and their clay will be fired in a kiln off site. All artwork will be wrapped and returned to the students at the end of the session.
