About This Activity
Kids will learn about and experience all aspects of surfing from 9:00am to 12:00pm each day, Monday through Friday. They will learn about surfing equipment, surfing techniques, ocean currents, rip tides, ocean safety, surging etiquette, and surfing responsibly, with safety being number one. Kids will be grouped by ability level with one instructor for every two kids. Snacks and water will be provided. Unfortunately, no make-ups will be available for thunder storms or stormed-out conditions making it unsafe for surfing during tropical storms. Camp meets at the end of Beach Lane in Wainscott. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Kids are dropped off at the end of Beach Lane in Wainscott. Please arrive 10 min. early.
