About This Activity
ArtAbout Paper-Mache 2nd, 3rd & 4th Graders, Mondays, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. (90 minutes) $300 Regular $270 Reduced for students regularly enrolled in Summit Afterschool during this class Sept 23, 30, Oct 7, 21, 28, Nov 4, 11, 18, 25, Dec 9 No classes on Oct 14 and Dec 2 Led by Beth Spieler, Summit Tinkering teacher and Kindergarten assistant, artist, muralist, and creator of ArtAbout. ArtAbout is all about art exploration, engaging students, encouraging creativity, and challenging skill development. Participants will learn about the ancient craft of paper mache. Students will make small and medium-sized art projects of paper mache. All supplies provided. This is a messy craft involving gooey glue made with flour. Projects will be sent home with students as they are completed.
