The Lollipop Guild Academy 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Graders $280 Regular Fee $252 Reduced for students regularly enrolled in Summit Afterschool during this class Schedule -Attendance at all classes, rehearsals, and performances is REQUIRED. -Regular Classes: 3:00 - 4:00 pm on Mondays, Sept 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 21 -Dress Rehearsals: 3:00 - 4:30 pm on October 28, 30, 31 -Performances: 6:00 - 7:45 pm on November 1 and 2 -No class on Oct 14 Description -Led by Kianna Beachum, Summit Theatre Arts Teacher and Haley Chapman, Summit Chorus Teacher. -All practices, rehearsals, and performances are mandatory. -Step into the magical world of Oz! -This Afternoon Academy offers students the chance to perform as munchkins in the Upper School Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz. -Students will perform and sing in three songs during the show. -In addition to gaining real stage experience, students will build confidence while learning essential skills like teamwork and stage presence. -Costumes will be provided. -Please note that attendance at all classes, rehearsals, and performances is mandatory for this class. This INCLUDES the dress rehearsal on Halloween. -Students will receive an attendance contract, like the Upper School students. -Families are invited to attend the November 1 or 2 performance.
