About This Activity
***ANYONE THAT REGISTERS NOW STARTS ON 10/21*** Tour the globe without leaving the comfort of your town! Each week in this first session we'll offer the flavors of a new country plus centers and activities to enhance knowledge of each location as the food cooks! First on the itinerary: Europe! Students will taste the flavors of Germany, France, Italy and/or Spain. Then we move on to South America where the children will celebrate Brazil, Argentina, and/or Chile through their culinary traditions. Last, we Travel the Orient by experiencing cuisine from China, Japan, Thailand, and/or Malaysia. This Monday Club will meet a total of 9 times on the following dates: 8/19, 8/26, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/21, & 10/28 (no cooking club due to holidays on 9/2 & 10/14) PLEASE have your child bring a drink in a spill-proof container a reusable to-go box if they'd like to bring home any possible leftovers.
