Kids don't need a lot in order to be active—a simple game of tag will do the trick.

If your child is interested in sports, dance or any other type of organized activity, though, it's good to have resources. Whether you have an aspiring athlete, artist or performer on your hands, getting your child enrolled in an organized program is the best way to keep them active while they pursue their passions.
